We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees who need to know the information, and to our contractors and agents in order to provide service to you, such as servicing and collecting your student loan. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal regulations to safeguard your nonpublic personal information.

You do not need to call or do anything as a result of this notice. It is meant to inform you of how ECMC safeguards your nonpublic personal financial information. This notice is not an attempt to collect a debt.

Security

The ECMC website operates with a secure server enabled by a VeriSign server Digital ID. Digital ID allows for secured communications and encrypted transactions between you and ECMC through your browser connection.
