November 2010. As directed by the U.S. Department of Education, the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) transferred its federal student loan portfolio—which was serviced by EdFund—to ECMC.
September 2011. The CSAC federal student loan portfolio data now resides on ECMC's system.
